Occupying a newly restored 19th-century Creole townhouse and the building that was once the Rufino Bakery next door, the Hotel Royal sits a short two blocks from the river and three blocks from the spiritual center of the French Quarter, and perhaps the city itself: Jackson Square.

The historic hotel highlights its romantic location at the corner of Royal and St. Phillip with suites and rooms designed for a perfect getaway for the modern couple. Guests can request a dozen roses, fine Champagne, or a framed picture placed in your room prior to your arrival.

The junior suites and deluxe rooms differ in size but they all feature hardwood floors, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and bright, all-marble bathrooms.

Deluxe Room - These antebellum-style rooms feature a queen or full sized bed, some with exposed brick walls, ebony stained original hardwood floors, high ceilings, recess lighting, all marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub or standing shower, ceiling fans, flat screen LCD cable televisions, 300 thread-count linens and duvet covers, wireless internet, IPOD charging docks, in-room safe, and iron & ironing boards. Room dimensions range from 250-400 square feet. 

Junior Suite - These antebellum-style suites feature a queen or full sized bed, all marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub or standing showers, some with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, recess lighting, ebony stained original hardwood floors, ceiling fans, flat screen LCD cable televisions, 300 thread-count linens and duvet covers, wireless internet, IPOD charging docks, in-room safe, and iron & ironing boards.
